The community has become so toxic and HiRez does absolutely nothing about it. There are more matches where someone rage quits in the first 5 minutes than matches that has everyone finishing the match. Also if people dont leave the match they will just stand in the back and refuse to do anything and spam surrender. Again HiRez does nothing about toxic players they just let it go on.
