The Game when it Works, is Great.
The Game visually looks great, When it works.
When the Game decides to work it is a work of Art, When It Works.

I am running a Mid-To-High End system It is not an Expectation for the game to run but a Damn requirement, Funnily it was functioning JUST fine long enough to get past the Steam Refund Policy (Just a weird thing I noticed is all)
Mod Fixes should not be required to play a game, and Nor do any truly work if I am to be frank (Apologies to Mod Developers but the Optimisation Mods do not offer me Personally any benefit- Perhaps thats not the case for everyone but who knows be your own Judge on that matter.)
Did I expect this from Bethesda? Yes
Did I expect this game to be Crash Happy? Yes
Did I expect it to be mainly Unreal Engine causing the issue? Honestly No and thats probably on me I should've done, For everyone one person who can play this game without crashing there is another who plays it with significant game ruining crashes and it seems I am one of such People, Perhaps I will find a fix, or perhaps Bethesda will get up off the cash throne and actually fix it themselves, I am Three Days into trying to fix this now so Figured I'd leave a review :)

Early Access Review
V-Rising is an action filled survival open-Map game ( I say Open Map because It feels more Map than "World", but this is not a detriment in the slightest!)
With many abilities, and consistent Content updates alongside an overall lore-aspect towards it it has Roleplay Potential alongside the fact that its one of those few survival games made for multiplayer that plays really well singleplayer too.

An extremely Simple but well built yet complex City Builder! I'd highly suggest it to anybody looking for such a game.

A Few Key factors to consider :

If your buying Outer Worlds because your a Fallout New Vegas fan ; I have news for you
This isn't New Vegas you daft monkey, this is Outer Worlds its Own Separate Universe made by the same creators of New Vegas. Naturally my Comparisons will be To New Vegas to give a general idea of what the Game is like.

It Has Obsidian's AMAZING Story Telling equally as good as Vegas in that sense and perhaps even more cleaner than Vegas in my opinion (Although anything is cleaner than Nuclear Wastes!)

Diologue Choices are absolutely wonderful,hilarious and impactful in the story with many options that can make characters react in different ways See... Martin for Best example in Game , Poor guy.

Combat is about what you'd expect from an RPG , Shooty and Melee thats about it nothing too much to say except for, The SCIENCE WEAPONS ; and oh are they a Blast (Quite literally in a sense.) All of which have Unique effects! Not TOO similiar to Legendary Weapon systems as seen in other games but they have they're own Flair.

Minor Spoilers Below ;

The Player Character or as I have gone for calling them " Captain " Develops a sort of "Time Manipulation" Power which slows down time, with perks this can be increased somewhat which can be used in Combat seeing as its part of the Lore I consider it a Spoiler, Naturally you can play without using it but its quite fun indeed.

The Story as a whole? Where do I start ; It Does Clearly try to push you into one specific line of choice thats probably my only real complaint I hope Outer Worlds 2 Expands on this and also gives End Game Content next time, such as seeing the real effects your decisions had for yourself instead of the New Vegas style outro which, yes I DO Enjoy but I also want to explore myself.

My ONE Complaint about the game was that it was not on steam sooner however ;

The game is bloody amazing so is the story everything about it is good, few tiny bugs here and there such as objects clipping through the floor but that's rare.
Its so hard to explain such a dense story in one review so I'll say it Reminds me a lot of the SCP series.

This game is Fun. Firstly gonna just say I bought it because I watched Angory Tom on Youtube play it and I enjoyed what I saw. Fact you can do Top-Down placement and merely watch the battle unfold OR participate more directly via controlling the units themselves is great, Combat mechanics are damn well amazing especially for what it is. Now onto some of the issues I've personally had, Crashing and when I say crashing, I mean crashing when theres too many units on the Field it crashes. NATURALLY I would say "Well this could just be my CPU or Graphics Settings" But that is hard to swallow when Im running a 9th Gen i5 Core *Ain't no i9 or Ryzen* But its certainly decent. I think the game needs better Optimisation but overall Its a Solid game which was only JUST released so I expect a few bugs here and there like crashing, The fact its in my eyes So cheap for what you get is another Bonus I also just Love the Art Style. I REALLY Hope this game gets updates (Free ones!) Because it could really carry it forward into being an even greater game! But cannot stress enough, Optimise the Crashing issues.

I *LOVE* ARK, I really do. Now that being said I will name a few issues.
For starters : Its a CPU Hog and you better believe it will ramp those temperatures - have a good Cooler.
Its also a GPU Menace , have a good GPU say 1050ti with tweaked settings at the least ( cooling wise is fine.)
Gameplay can in SOME parts be buggy , but its a "charming" kind of Buggy (usually.)
Its a Very fun game for Taming,Breeding,Hatching Dinosaurs and the PVP mechanics although not my preference for this game is Great. (Personally I PVE which can be considered for ARK to be less enjoyable, But I personally love PVE especially with Friends.) They often give Free updates alongside DLC which are *reasonably* Priced they do often go on sale though so I suggest waiting for a sale.

Only played for 6 hours so far and I'm in Loveeee with it!
Definitely a great game ,a few stutters here and there graphically but nothing major
Can get a bit overwhelming and confusing for some though but I definitely suggest playing it.
