fix the severe performance issues when multiple npc's are around. I own a pretty powerful pc and can play every game on highest setting with 200+ fps. this game is the only exception.

also the fact that you cant have multiple save files and if you accidently click on "start save from last tavern" you lose all your progress is rather outraging.
