Played a lot. Not so much recently. I wanted to play an old map, reference some old builds I really like. Game said corrupted save file, so after some research I got rid of a plugin argument on start options and reverted to an old build. I was able to pull up the map I spent a lot of time on. Very cool! Highly recommend this amazing space builder!

I should have reviewed this game a long time ago...This experience was positive so yeah :D

Amazing game for $20! The feeling of motion in VR is amazing. It takes a little time to get used to the controls - in fact I'd say that's the main point of the game. Getting used to the controls!

You are equipped with a hoverboard, rocket wrists and grappling hooks. There are 20 minibosses and 4 main bosses.

The grappling hooks do not reel you in automatically. They act more like ropes. However, when the length of the rope is shortened, it stays shorter. I.E. the rope can only get shorter, never longer.

There are no in game options for controls. Through SteamVR, I was able to successfully rebind grappling hooks to the Vive triggers. I rebound the fire weapon key to the menu button (You will be grappling far more often than shooting enemies). I also made it touch instead of click on the touchpad for using the wrist rockets.

Performance: With a 1080ti video card and an i5820k processor, I was unable to run the in game SS above 1.0 without hitching. Beyond that, having SS above 1.0 seemed to make up close objects all warbly, kind of vibrating and out of sync between my two eyes. The amount of warbliness on up close things (like the grass or your hands) seems to vary from scene to scene. It's off putting but acceptable, and you definitely cannot notice it when on the move. Again, I think SS effects warbliness. Other minor gripes: the hooks can be a bit glitchy when you are hanging right against a wall. It can make your view bounce around a bit. Not nauseating or anything, just distracting. Hanging from the hooks works well in other cases most of the time.

Good gosh. Get this game. Ride the giant robot worm in the sky. It's flipping amazing.

Lousy consumer relations and practices. Shutting down a mod service after years of positive creative development by the fans...Wat?

Great game for expressing creativity, and the ability to scale yourself down to smaller than an ant is amazing. House within a house within a house. Multiplayer is great and definitely needs more people!

Great start, the movement system is a unique, simple and very effective solution. Really gives you a sense of scale. It's easy to lose yourself with teleportation, I really appreciate this slow walk (with limitted sprint) locomotion. Creeping through a dark church with my flashlight, checking pews for supplies, looking behind me periodically for zeds...Very good stuff.

Needs optimization. Lots of frame loss in certain scenes, like looking at the ocean at spawn.
edit: There have been at least 5 updates and every one of them has improved performance. It's nearly 100% stable now!

Once you learn the controls, and figure out the UI for ammo, and learn the location of weapons, and figure out how sprint works...it's a lot of fun. You have tons of ammo. 30 clips for your pistol at the start. Go hammo on the ammo. There's an additional 15 or so clips by the huddled dudes at the start. Take it or leave it but once you engage it will never really stop. I've only found the shotgun and AK.

Is good. Only one map so far as I can tell but the physics, controls, rubber band dogfights -- solid. Can't wait for more maps!
