Great take on the tower defense genre, really good value for the money.

A great blend of exploration and (restaurant) management game, with a nice story that runs alongside/fuels the progression system.

The game overall is really promising and has solid foundations.

But the sheer amount of half baked features (such as the military and diplomacy aspects), stupid (game breaking) bugs and performance issues in late game that grind it to a halt, the AI that does ♥♥♥♥ all and fails to build up its economy (a good example is late technologies requiring oil and the AI refusing to upgrade its oil wells when it has oil fields...), and a UI that make you want to tear your hair out make it way too frustrating at times. Game probably needs another good 6 months to be worth it.

If a horrid custom launcher wasn't enough, it's the same as the initial release 4 years ago: servers ♥♥♥♥ the bed as soon as people are actually playing the game. This just won't fly with a F2P model if it can't handle more than a couple hundreds of concurrent players worldwide, especially on a game that requires lots of players per lobby. DOA.

Anything good this game has to offer is ruined by a hilariously bad amount of unresolved bugs and extremely poorly explained objectives (you are NOT going to complete the campaign without looking for solutions online). The mechanics and gameplay are overall quite good, but it's hard to enjoy something when you have unnintended stuff happening and incomprehensible instructions given to you that frustrate you every 5 minutes. If you're looking for a transport tycoon alternative like OpenTTD, go look somewhere else.

A nice mix of OpenTTD and factorio.

One of these "easy to handle, hard to master" games we all love, very interesting challenges.

Game still ass, crashes every hour, map design is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with 0 cover for infrantry so you get bullied by aircrafts and tanks constantly. Great way to flush money down the toilet.

Pretty amazing how much content and stability there is for an early access, strongly recommended if you are into survival sandbox games.

Great core gameplay, though I prefer the "snappier" movement of the previous game, that being said it is all hampered by one thing for me: The game runs like ass.
And you can try everything, turn the settings down, get a beast of a config, nothing prevents this game from being a stuttery mess. And in a fast paced shooter like this one, this absolutely kills it for me, because it just won't feel good to play if it stutters as all ♥♥♥♥. Ok they're a smaller team, I don't expect the most tight ass AAA optimization ever, but come on, it's been a year since release, and it's still the same. I've got a new config between now and then, and still getting the exact same performance on this game, that's unbelievible.
