Over the last few years, I have really gotten into roguelite/like deck builders, but none have sunk their hooks into me like Balatro. It's actually kind of scary how addictive Balatro is, with just "one more run" before bed turning into the welcoming of the morning sun. I know it's still early in the year, but who would of thought that a poker deckbuilder could be game of the year.

Extremely fun and addictive, similar to the dopamine hit you get from Vampire Survivors. I wish that the conditions from one level to the next were more interesting but it still won't stop me from getting all the way to the last level.

With addictive puzzle solving and hilarious writing, it's one of the greatest games of all-time. Play it now!
