I like Snowrunner a lot, it has a huge amount of content in the game and it's comfy to play and can be very relaxing. I've only barely scratched the surface after about 25 hours.

I do have a few gripes about it though
- It lacks a ''something'' that Mudrunner had, I would still say Mudrunner is the more SOULFUL game
- there is a lot of artificial difficulty in Snowrunner, such as maps designed specifically to make your life difficult, and a really harsh early game
- It's overly laden with DLC, but in fairness I paid 30 euro on sale for the game + a lot of the DLC so I can't complain that much

NOW READ THIS: Do yourself a big fat favour if this is your first time playing and once you finish the tutorial, return to Black River, gather all the vehicles on the map and SELL THEM. Then fast travel to Taymyr (Russia) and click on vehicle shop.

Then buy yourself a VORON D and bypass all that early game artificial difficulty. You will enjoy the game a lot more with a competent truck.

They updated the game in September 2022 and added some nice stuff, but now people with older processors like myself cannot play it anymore.

It wasn't that good anyway compared to the first game, which is FAR better

Took me 50 hours to finish my first playthrough, got all the achievements along the way and I think this may be one of the best games I've ever played. Seriously it's a 10/10 adventure.

You only play for the first time once, so don't look up guides or spoilers and try and figure it out as you go by looking at your datapad entries and trying to figure out what's next to do. This game is absolutely dripping in SOUL so if you're playing it for the first time you're in for a treat.

The only bad things I have to say are the endgame drags on for a bit with all the different keycards you have to keep track of, and also I had a lot of bugs when using (being forced to use, really) the PRAWN armoured suit so learn to backup your save files late game when you're in the PRAWN at extreme depths because it has a habit of getting stuck in terrain, doorways and stuff like that.

Even so, 10/10 game would highly recommend to absolutely anyone regardless of what games you might usually play.

If there was a mixed option I would give it that because it's okay, just very soulless. As it stands Civ 4 or Civ 5 are still the best Civ games. This thing should have been mobiletrash, because that's what it feels like.

The game isn't bad, but the Uplay or Uconnect or whatever the hell it's called these days is still abysmal. I haven't used it for about 5 years but I remember it being abysmal half a decade ago and it's still the same thing.

For example, I just tried to launch Far Cry Primal again but guess what, I have to click ACCEPT seven times in a row and wait 10 minutes for Uconnect to do ..... something. On top of this every time I launch the game from steam it does the first time setup, which is 2 more ACCEPTs to click followed by 10 minutes of Uplay running in circles. It's just not worth it.

ADHD zoomer game that will give you carpal tunnel and a seizure

One of the best city builders I ever played alongside Banished. I don't have a single bad thing to say about it. Also the soundtrack is one of the best game soundtracks you'll ever hear and I have it playing in my car sometimes.

It becomes a lot more fun on higher difficulties where you're constantly facing challenges like electric dust storms and meteor showers.

I'd give it a neutral review if I could, because it is the game that began the series and it is playable. It's just not fun compared to Mudrunner

Mudrunner has far better sound, graphics, gameplay, camera and physics than Spintires and is the much better game.

I did enjoy Spintires for a few hours but the default camera is absolutely terrible and you get bogged down in the mud constantly. Even grass when you drive on it seems to turn into quicksand and trucks seem to flip over at a moment's notice even on gentle slopes.

I give it a 5/10 and a NOT COMFY rating, whereas I'd give Mudrunner a 9/10 and SUPER COMFY rating

Traffic Simulator with $200 of DLC. Buy Surviving Mars or Banished instead.
