Loved Gunpoint and love this too. Fantastic puzzle game where you infiltrate spaceships for money to save up for you personal vendetta of whichever character you're using, then make a complete balls of it sometimes and have to use gadgets and some ninja tricks to get out of trouble. Sometimes you're knocked out and chucked out an airlock by the irate crew, other times you accidentally blow a chunk of the ship off into space ... and then are blown out an airlock.

Great game and a very good remaster, you can switch between the old graphics and the new at any time with the F1 key which is a nice feature. Some of the extras like the concept art album are great too. RIP Roy Conrad he really nailed the voice for Ben.

Has a better plot than Shadowrun: Dragonfall.

Pretty good, have played all 3 modern Shadowrun games and I did like them all despite their flaws. The writing in this one is great (and there is a LOT of reading involved).

The Good:
-nice visuals
-good ambient music
-pretty cool story
-very good character development
-It's got some nice streamlined features compared to the previous two games
-I found it faster paced than Dragonfall thankfully

The Bad:
-bugs, I've encountered a few that required reloads so far. Some of those bugs were 4 years old and never fixed according to the forums
-the matrix hacking part is even more tedious than previous games
-the matrix sections are lame

It's not bad and usually on sale for pretty cheap so yeah I'd recommend it. However, it feels like a kind of simplified Banished clone with a little bit of combat thrown in there, but after having played Banished first I found this game was a little bit ruined for me. That being said, it's cheap, simple and relaxing.

What a fantastic game, it's got bits of Bioshock 2, Deus Ex and Dishonored all put together IN SPAAAAACE. The fact that there are so many ways to get where you are going or to complete objectives just makes it really immersive, if you're observant and have a few handy tools on you there's a way past any obstacle.

The maps and layout are perfect, the levels are superbly made, the weapons and gadgets are cool and the story is great. I don't think I have a single bad thing to say about this game.

My only issue was a single technical one, it crashed a bunch of times at first until I set it to borderless window mode, then it didn't crash ever again.

Very nice shooter, with 3 singleplayer campaigns as the Marines, the Predator and the Alien. A steal when on sale for 3 or 4 bux.

The new hacking ''feature'' is a seriously badly designed game mechanic, every 2 or 3 turns when you try and end the turn you'll get a big pop up which will insist you start hacking something and then you have to enter that fiddly interface and start drawing waypoints all over the place for pointless results.

Then you start to enjoy the game again but then DUDE UR NOT HAXING! popup arrives again. I hope this DLC gets rebalanced or something down the line, because it's just a pile of tedium as it is now.

Good DLC, the Vaulters are a fun faction to play and have some neat tricks.

It's a mixed bag, the Behemoths can be interesting but they're quite powerful and basically become a necessity. They've got some cool options and overall a nice feature so for that reason alone I'd recommend it, and the main reason I bought it in the first place was the tractor beam module which is essential so you don't have to chase tiny fleets all over the place, but .. on the bad side

-The Hissho faction are not great to play, they seem kind of weaksauce, and they can stagnate really badly if you're not at war with someone almost permanently.

-The obliterators basically wipe star systems, and your ALLIES will fire them at you (as in, people you're in a bloody alliance with), some games become whack-a-mole with all the doomsday shots being fired all over the place and you have to respond by building system shields all over the place.

-If you conquer a system with a Behemoth shield, you can't scrap it, therefor you can't build any more Behemoths since you have a limited number of slots.

At least you can switch off superweapons.
