The demo is cool, I thought it was the full version but looks like it is just the first level.

I feel like ck3 will be better than ck2 someday.... I will change my review when this happens

Game Updated and again paradox launcher broke, reinstall, now it freezes my whole computer at 5% loaded going to reinstall that too. Have a very limited time to play dont want to troubleshoot for hours each update.

I wanted to love this new expansion but right now I have 2 main issues that need fixing before this is even playable.

1. Tech/unity increases per system has broken what could of been a great expansion, want to game the AI? Take high value provinces with good large worlds and let the AI increase its cost tech/unity costs for garbage systems. What the heck where they thinking in this regard? Couldnt they just base number of star bases (even outposts) more on pop if they wanted to nerf one planet strategies?

2. Speed nerfs to fleet movements make me only play on tiny maps currently. I am fine with only hyperdrives at the start but the moving threw a system and jumping was the worse idea ever in any paradox game I have ever played.

I want to post about 1 other thing that bothers many people, why are nearly all useful unity perks behind a technology and a number of unity perks already taken? Every expansion that comes out and doesn't address this issue is an expansion not worth getting. (If the issue is ringworlds and such are to powerful why would you not make different megastructures tied to different tehcs or even better different upgrades tied to different techs) To this day only Vic 2 and EU4 are worth buying for PDX games.

The last DLC was great, holy fury was the best DLC since the viking DLC. Way to go out with a bang CK2, looking forward to CK3.

When this game goes down in price I would recommend to buy. Not very scary, but pretty fun to see a new sort of genre of a game. (pcgamer saiid this could possible be the best game of the year)
