Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. Rejny habitually plans and sequences own work but not that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives.
