Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 piece egg
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, powdered milk, and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and sticky. Knead for a few minutes.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball. Coat the ball with sesame seeds.
Roll the ball again in your palm to ensure the sesame seeds stick well. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the binangkal balls until golden brown. Drain the excess oil using a strainer or paper towel.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite tea or coffee!
Enjoy your delicious binangkal!
