Through minutes to hours, poke, stab, slam, crash, massacre your fellow members of the Stick Federation in all ways possible. Summon a black hole too, if you wish!
A little party game that can go a long way when you have nothing else to do and wish to mess around, experiencing plenty of dumb ways to die... and kill,

Shouldn't have waited 4 years to buy it, I tend to stay away from zombie games but this is an exception much like Project Zomboid.

I for one, don't know another RTS with a limitless unit capacity. This just makes the name of the game absolutely fitting.

-You want death stars blowing up planets? Sure.
-Want to nuke an entire army off the terrain? Yep, go for it.
-How about making a drill that drops a nuke inside the core of the planet? Totally dude!
-Wanna add giant boosters to a planet and crash it into another? Mutually assured destruction, boys!
-Interplanetary conquest? Get 'em orbital cannons and launch a swarm into space.
-Be a cancerous player? Eeeeh... Yeah, bot cannons but please don't. (Easy but weak army making machine).

This game pretty much has any type of troop you could think of (I hope) and definitely gives some variety, though some will always be better than others - which is why it's good to mix them up so they support each other. Micro management is not my thing but the game is enjoyable regardless, maybe you'll feel the same too. Singleplayer needs some tweaks because you can really only feel pressure when playing on Hard or above (below that the enemy is literally braindead, though good for messing about).
'Creative' or sandbox mode is included; endless unit spawns, custom planet editor and whole map design system to get a better, more wide community play experience which I really appreciate.

There is a reasonable amount of activity going on in the community, including mods that add new units and systems entirely as well as competitive and player-made server. All of which add variety to the style of playing available to choose from. Presumably, as in any RTS game, you will need to quickly get used to using slightly more of your brain when playing because it is very easy to overpower or be overpowered early in a match.

This review is from the top of the head so might get improved when time passes. Excuse the poor structure.

I keep wanting to come back to this game because of the fond, early memories that the tank combat gave me. But then each time I am reminded that this game is just neglected P2W sewer sludge, and I don't like eating slop.

*This game is often more fun outside of the story itself*

Though this could very well be my own opinion.
Recently got back into it simply because of the pure fun that it can bring when bored and have nothing to do;
Just Cause 3 promotes a reasonable amount of creativity and freedom in terms of what can be achieved with the equipment you receive initially as well as throughout the game
- and of course the DLC's, though realistically I'd not recommend anything outside of the Sea Heist and Eden related ones due to them being the only reasonably larger add-ons as opposed to the others just being simple weapon and vehicle packs.

Story isn't too rich within my own knowledge as implied, so please do consider this before buying if that is what you're looking for, the fun lies in blowing stuff up in unique ways and the like.
The game is reasonably optimised and has extremely few bugs that I've noticed, especially for being labled as 'GTA V on Steroids' given its size and other features.

Definately worth buying during sales as it would give around 50-60 hours for over all playtime which is what it took me to collect all collective items, vehicles, guns and complete all the quests/story line. I am confident that the number would only grow if you decide to start experimenting with mods and replaying the game of course.
>I bought this game for approximately £4 with all the major DLC's and it definately seemed worth what it had to offer.

This game got me into University.
Through this game I have met some of my dearest friends.
Thanks to Valve, I've developed knowledge and skills which have given me more than I could have ever expected, or asked for, through their software.

It feels criminal to let several of your own products succumb to such neglect that they become infested by parasites, harming their communities to the point of real life danger and exposing them to extreme content, and for all intents and purposes becoming unplayable. All the while, as Valve continues to earn money from these neglected games and their associated economies.

This situation gives great insight into how you are going to treat your next game, just as the many before it, and about how well some of the most influential products in the gaming industry are actually treated. And it certainly says a lot about how much you care about what you have built; only lifting a finger when extreme circumstances cause extreme reactions.
