Very good game, especially with the most recent changes, people complain about it being pay-to-win and hard to level up, but what's a reward without a good challenge!

This game's design features lengthy cooldown periods on all activities, compelling players to spend extensive periods gathering resources and then wait for protracted durations for crafting to conclude. The same holds for the mastery rank system, which necessitates enduring a tedious waiting period before being able to proceed.

It is disappointing to encounter such restrictive gameplay mechanics that require players to wait long periods to progress and enjoy the game fully.

I am eager to provide a positive review for Stellaris, a game that has been my passion for many years. I have dedicated countless hours to playing it in both single and multiplayer modes, and I can confidently assert that the complete gaming experience is top-notch. However, it is disheartening to observe that the "full game" experience is inaccessible without purchasing several downloadable content packages, in addition to the initial purchase of the base game. Even with factoring in the most efficient discounted prices, the cost of accessing all the game's content is exorbitant and not commensurate with the value provided.

Paradox, as a studio, is renowned for their expertise in game development, but the manner in which they monetize their offerings is problematic. The high cost of content acquisition leaves loyal fans feeling fleeced and undervalued, despite their longstanding support of the franchise.

Early Access Review
The project was abruptly abandoned, despite initial success and high activity levels. Developmental efforts have stagnated to a complete stop. Personally, I took a hiatus from the project, but upon hearing about the announcement of Trine 5, I revisited the project with the hopes of discovering any recent improvements. However, the lack of progress has been decidedly disappointing. It is advisable to avoid both the game and its developers.

The development team has been acquired by a Chinese entity, and the current emphasis appears to be on the incorporation of micro-transactions, which runs counter to the assurances provided by the original development team. It is advisable to exercise caution and avoid engagement with said product.
