Brings back fond memories of White Dwarf battle reports and Shadow of the Horned Rat.

Doesn't seem to do anything revolutionary but mixes together lots of good bits from various Diablo-likes. Sits between D3 and PoE in terms of complexity.

The mechanics are interesting (better than pretty much any other race in my opinion) and the roster isn't clearly missing anything. I'm not usually a fan of Legendary Heroes but in this case I really like Gorduz as he obviously doesn't make sense as a Lord and it's nice to see a non-Dwarf character this roster. He's also easy enough to get although I'd still like more in-game info on how to unlock Legendary Heroes for different factions.

Overall I'd say it's a great race pack. You can argue about value for money (I'd argue that after inflation the difference in price is minimal and counting Legendary Lords is a terrible way of judging the size of the content) all you want but the content is good.

On the surface the game is Deus Ex meets GTA. Except Deus Ex bits don't do anything different or better and the GTA bits are downright poor. Just like The Witcher 3 there are tons of side missions but mostly they feel like randomly generated trash (even though they're clearly not as they appear to have unique shard stories for each). It sounds like I hate it but somehow it adds up to more than the sum of it's parts I think. Maybe.

Loads of glitches and bugs but usually either didn't really affect gameplay or a quick reload sorted it. Didn't have any performance problems.

In terms of recommending the game, if there was a third undecided option I'd probably go for that but I put 100 hours in already and I didn't hate it so I guess I've got to recommend it - barely.

SpaceChem was the best game ever. Infinifactory is 1 dimension better!
