Early Access Review
Door Kickers 2: Task Force North is tactical game with heavy CQC elements.
You plan missions from top down view and adjust Your decisions based on newest information acquired.

As person who is interested in CQC and tactical games I had a lot of fun even when game was just launched.
Now developers add new features, equipment, maps and random mission generator that recently got big boost.

For game in alpha stage, it's hard to find any dislikes. I haven't encountered any bugs and developers listen to community that is growing fast.
Haven't tried multiplayer part of the game, but as with any game I expect it to be a lot of fun with buddy of Yours.
Game also recently added mission builder and soon there will be steam community linkage where You will be able to share and try out other player maps.

This game is literally endless in this sense.
I newer tell in my reviews for someone to buy the game, but here I suggest that You do.
Game is so good that I want developers to get more support from players around the world and build masterpiece that we all can enjoy.

Hunt: Showdown is PvP game with some PvE elements embedded into it.
Set in late-19th century Louisiana, game offers weapons and atmosphere of that time.

Game has quite hard learning curve and that can be outputting for some players, but after You learn not to be afraid of A.I. and overall map layouts, You start to enjoy the game more and more with every bounty.

Currently game offers two game modes: Bounty hunt (original game mode) and Quickplay (battle royal mode).
Bounty hunt can be enjoyed solo or in teams of two or three players. As with many games, experience is greatly enchanted if You play with Your friend.
Quickplay is meant to be enjoyed solo and offers short matches that are great to learn PvP aspect of the game or just have great warm-up.
Additionally, You have Trials that allow You to finish some challenges for rewards. This is good way to learn layout of some compounds and base game mechanics.

What I enjoy about game is that all weapons are good. Yes, there is "meta" that some players follow, but essentially, every weapon offers their own gameplay and You can find what suits You.
Also, Crytek are doing often patches and updates to the game. Major update (1.5) is expected soon (at the end of March '21).

What I dislike about game is current matchmaking as I don't understand it. It should be based on ELO (as in chess) but when I play with randoms in team of three, I get players with KDA much above mine. This is more of my frustration speaking than game issue.
Legitimate dislike is probably that PvE element of the game becomes routine quite fast and this is still mostly PvP game, no matter how much PvE is advertised.

Overall, I greatly recommend this game. Learn the basics, get confident with PvE element of the game and enjoy countless hours of adrenaline pumped matches. Bring buddies to have epic "no man left behind" moments and virtual high fives to celebrate hard match won.
