A unique and simple idea that's executed well, but that's about it. It doesn't offer much more than aimlessly flying around in randomly generated cube worlds, but is definitely worth its price tag and is a nice time sink for when you have nothing to do.

A Hat in Time pleasantly suprised me with it's with its mountains of personality and quality. The controls are very tight and Hatkid's different moves make platforming very fun. The levels are unique, pretty and are designed so well for this kind of game. They hold many secrets and are a joy to run around in. The voice acting and humor are on point, character animations are expressive, the presentation as a whole is very visually pleasing.

In its current state, A Hat in Time doesn't seem like it's worth 30$. But with more content like Online Co-op and extra levels on the way, I know it'll eventually be worth its asking price.

It masterfully combines elements from classic NES games, but doesn't use the 8-bit setting as an excuse to make the graphics less detailed and pretty. With 3 different campaigns, an amazing soundtrack and a slew of tools that let you approach situations the way you want, you're definitely getting your money's worth.

Surprisngly fun. I really didn't think this game would be that fun to begin with, but I was wrong. It falls short on the story side and the graphics are just out of this world. Overall, a good investment, although I recommend you wait for a sale before buying this.

Very satisfying to play, simple in plain sight but has a lot of depth. I really like the sound effects.

Addictive, fast-paced, tons of unlocks to play around with and most of all, it's rewarding. The more you play, the more the game congratulates you with new weapons and upgrades. It puts up a challenge and it's unforgiving. Overall, a game for everyone to enjoy.

Fun casual FPS, you learn to get good, and then the real fun begins.
