Wonderful. Amazing. Love this little idle game. Can't get enough. The ducks are my new favorite.

Lovely find-the-cat game designed for fans of video games. Absolutely adore it, it's very cute, chill and challenging without being overly difficult. Finishing the main game convinced me to get the DLC, 10/10 :3

Little Lovecraftian horror platformer that is eerie but never too scary. Atmosphere is great, music is wonderful, controls great and the mechanics of the game make it a really interesting and fun play. Levels increase nicely in length and difficulty, never becoming too frustrating, especially in utilizing a guide for getting all collectables. No big jumpscares, but enough meta horror to keep me on edge throughout. 100% completed in under 2.5hrs for me!

Originally platinumed the game on PS3, wanted a reason to play it again so I bought it here. Running it vanilla caused regular crashes at around the 1hr mark causing me to not want to play it all - however I tried it again this year (2022) by following the community patch suggestions listed here - https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2697645987 - this ABSOLUTELY saved the game for me. Played multiple 3hr+ sessions and the game only ever crashed once after a fast travel, and I finished it once again this evening. Very few bugs running these patches and the game looks pretty damn good for being as old as it is. Huge huge thank you to the community for making this really solid Fallout experience workable almost 15 years(!) after its initial release.

Honestly an endearing and entertaining read if you're in the mood for a dating sim. I do realize this was the result of an April Fool's joke but I think there is some potential here, and would love to see a sequel! Personally much preferred this experience over Nekopara 1, despite the short length.

THE GOOD:
- The art is nice, main characters are all very handsome and their different outfits and poses are consistently good
- Music is pleasant
- Voice acting is great
- No spelling issues that I saw
- Backgrounds are really aesthetic and nice
- CGs overall are very pretty
- 4 branching routes to read, one for each character

THE BAD:
- Animations are sorely lacking
- Main character does not speak. At all. But she will shake her head causing the screen to shake revealing the main menu background behind it, was kind of disorienting and wanted a way to turn this off.
- When the characters are zoomed in on/close to the screen, the art looks like it's just been scaled up and is noticeably blurry
- Length is super short if you're looking for a typical Nekopara experience, but I felt that it was perfect length to not overstay its welcome

If you're playing for gender-swapped typical Nekopara fare you'll likely be disappointed as it is rather tame/hands off and more sweet in disposition overall. That being said I really liked the change in pace and story. I much prefer being introduced to the catboys via a job than them being immediately part of my family. Overall a cute and fun read that took a couple hours to go down all four paths.

Though it may be a short game, simplistic in nature and style, Pikuniku quickly proved to be an all time favorite game for me. I started my experience in co-op with a friend and found myself laughing to the point of tears. We completed the levels in an hour or two one evening, and I dragged my feet on playing the solo adventure for another couple weeks. Once I got through the initial area (the Valley) holy cow did it just click. The writing in this game is my exact brand of humor, I love it so much. The platforming is challenging without being frustrating, exploration is intuitive and rewarding, and it's easy and very low stress to play - I found myself jumping in for a few minutes in between work projects here and there and gradually looking forward to what else I may find in this lovely world. I absolutely will be recommending this to any and all of my friends for some time to come.

A procedural dungeon crawler that builds upon itself habitually, Moonlighter is great for those who are very goal driven and stat chasing. It plays like a combination of Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing and Binding of Isaac with two distinct gameplay segments: a dungeon exploration mode and then a build your home base/sell your wares mode. Though initially it feels pretty barren, given there are only a handful of distinct areas to explore, if you have OCD tendencies of wanting to gather as much loot and hoard as much money as possible to make your shop turn a huge profit and look nice while doing so, you'll definitely catch the itch within the first 2-5 hours of playing. It has its frustrating moments of course--but all have been strictly my fault from pushing too far, being too greedy and playing against the risk of losing 90% of your inventory should you die. However, additional mechanics crop up the further you progress into the first two dungeons that make the crawling experience more convenient to the player and easier to tackle should you not want to risk everything in one run. It's a great addictive system overall, and easy enough to restart a dungeon that no death has felt completely soul shattering or made me stop playing thus far.

Bullet hell turned wonderful via healing powers. Super quick, super fun for a delightful and refreshing game. Wonderful original NES vibes with a really fun soundtrack. It's easy to jump into, but difficult to master, definitely worth a try if you've got a spare hour!
