It's supernatural Hide-and-go-Seek where the seeker is one of several recognizable horror icons with abilities that range from standard stealth movement and charged chainsaw attacks all the way to reality warping teleports and spewing infectious bile from your mouth like a firehose.

Not a fan of playing as the survivors (hiders) though personally. Even still, highly recommend.
