The game was pretty fun for the 1st 20 minutes I played single player. So I asked my husband to get it and we switched to co-op. Multiplayer doesn't feel completed.

• We have to build everything twice if we each want to unlock items in the skill tree.
  
• I'm the host and only I can tear down buildings, even though he has access to everything.
  
• Only the host (me) has access to special unlocked recipes even though he was the one who unlocked it. IE: the bomb after dealing with the beastmaster
  
• Multiplayer doesn't ask you if you want to turn on the tutorial so you're plopped into the world as a boring dude in brown clothes with no clue how to do anything.
  
  As far as single player goes. I love like it. I would consider switching to "recommended" but I don't like to game alone.

I used to play Theme Hospital on the PS1 in high school. I was telling my husband about it and found this one in the process. This game is a massive improvement. I really enjoy the clean humor embedded into the characters, the radio hosts, the diseases and the treatment. There is so much detail in every aspect I'm still finding stuff after a few years of game-play. Every expansion is amazing as well, and they're all unique enough to warrant the costs. They also offer a lot of bonus items with Prime Gaming that the characters can interact with. I really enjoy this game.

This feels like just another crappy phone game riddled with micro-transactions. It uses an energy system as well. It went from being kind of fun, to feeling like a job. I managed to get the 2nd level in both caves and can't progress any further without what I imagine is going to be a hundred hours of work. No thanks.

If the energy regenerated 4 times as fast, it might be bearable. Maybe.

A friend bought this for me. I would absolutely let him buy this for me again.

Neat little game but carpal tunnel keeps me from getting past the timed bosses.
