I played this game becuase my friend who is insane and will NOT stop yapping about Alan Wake bought it for me to try. So I proceeded to spend around 16 hours playing this and went for the collectibles of course. I will say the story is pretty good and and a lot starts to click in to place the closer you get to the end (which I like). I will say though that Alan has the stamina of an asthmatic smoker and the camera angle and the way it corresponds to the controls will have you questioning your own sanity. Overall I do recommend you give it a try!
