Please support these developers! This is a labour of love and an exceptional value as a singleplayer / co-op RPG.

+ Engaging action RPG combat
+ Gorgeous art direction that punches way above its pricepoint
+ Fun generated dungeon system and solid open world zones
+ Tons of satisfying progression systems to grind out
+ Unexpectedly good player housing
+ Extremely enticing value at $25USD
- Story is totally skippable
- It feels a little glued together given the live service genre change

This is the most I've enjoyed an ARPG in decades. I'd rank it above Torchlight, Torchlight 2, Grim Dawn, Titan Quest, Lost Ark, Diablo 3, Diablo 4. (Path of Exile was a bit too much for me and I didn't like the skill gem system). If I have the urge to play a game in this genre right now, I can't imagine why I'd play anything except a new character in Last Epoch.

What does it do right? Expansive and transformative skill trees, immense build variety, a solid campaign, the beginnings of a great endgame, one of the best crafting systems in this genre, chonky and satisfying combat, and a developer behind it that has proven to truly care about building a great game in this genre collaboratively alongside its community.

There's heart and passion here, and a ton of scrappiness too. I urge you to check this out and support these folks. They deserve it.
