As someone in search of excellent games that aren't just about killing every single thing that appears on screen, Lil Gator Game really hit the sweet spot. It's a heartwarming game that just about anybody can enjoy and get swept up in.

Phenomenal game, with an engaging and lightweight story. This game is 10 hours I will never forget and I will be coming back for the combat and art style again in the future, I am sure.

Could spend, and have spent hours playing this game. Going underground and the experience that comes with it in pre-hardmode is cathartic and the "grind" for materials doesn't feel stale like I've found Minecraft's to be after sinking countless hours in there. Heavily recommend to anyone remotely interested. It's much deeper than it looks to begin with.

Also I highly suggest sitting on the wiki for a while while playing/waiting out the first few nights.
