Can confirm it works on the deck.
I played through the entire game on the deck with no problems other than the beginning where the frame rate drops.

Its very playable but if you want higher quality playthroughs, just play on PS or PC.

Other than that, BLOOBER GAMES TY FOR MAKING A BEAUTIFUL DAMN GOOD GAME i am beyond joyful with how amazing this experience was . The remake was AMAZING.
