Fun and challenging puzzler. I found this a bit easier to get into than SpaceChem. The bits of story that are wrapped around it are pretty entertaining too.

If you enjoyed the previous game, you'll find a lot to like here too.

Combat has been tweaked so there isn't quite the same potential to become hugely overpowered, but it's still mainly about comboing with fields and the environment.

The cast of characters and companions is really fleshed out compared to the previous game also.

I very much enjoyed this. It's a point and click adventure game with a pretty unique style, and it was nice to play something a bit different from the norm.

It's probably not for everyone though:
- For one thing it's fairly short - you'll likely do everything there is to do comfortably within two hours.
- There's no voiced dialogue, but the ambient classical music in every area is really soothing.
- If you leave a controller plugged into your pc on your desk you may get a surprise in the opening scene.

Great game with really fun combat, and one of the first I can recall where the environment could be reliably made use of in fights. I still come back and give it a play through every so often.
