Since most people are mentioning this, I will too: I have experienced only 1 crash during my 23 hours of gameplay so far with the following specs:
-9700k
-32gb ram
-GTX 1070ti
-game is on an SSD

Visual glitches were prevalent during my first few hours (never gamebreaking, just immersion breaking) but have slowly been improved with patches, and I never really experienced any framerate stuttering either. Gameplay is challenging yet fun. Movement can be a bit clunky at times, but the satisfaction from the gameplay is worth it. I really like the way you have to scan enemies to learn about their weak points and exploit them to effectively take them down. The story is alright, not weak but not amazing (so far). The map seems large but I never feel like it turns into a walking simulator, there is always something to be doing while you are walking around, whether that be killing wildlife or gathering resources from plants (or running away from stalkers).

The game does a great job of handholding *just* enough until you gain the skills needed to kick you out and learn for yourself out in the open world. Even so, the "starting" area never felt like a cakewalk either due to your low damage output and few skills learned. It also does a good job of slowly introducing new enemies and resources to you through quests or exploration. The skills tree is all around very good. Each skill has tangible benefits for different play styles, and makes you look forward to being able to unlock a certain skill to improve something you do frequently or something that you want to do.

All in all, the game really rewards you for learning how to be good at the game, and I love that. 8.5/10
