I hate it when it crashes when loading in dungeon.
Participating in world bosses gives you 2-9 FPS even when using a high end gaming rig(AMD/INTEL) at the lowest settings.

My friend bought a beginner's pack and never got it even after reporting and waiting for it for 3 weeks.
