An enchanting soundtrack, beautiful art design, crisp and impactful feeling combat, a delightfully unique world, and a masterfully crafted story all come together in a wonderful confluence in Clair Obscur to create a gaming experience that sticks with you long after you finish the game. Cannot recommend this highly enough - do yourself a favor and play this.

Absolutely incredible in every way. The depth, breadth, and magnitude of this game is nothing short of astounding. As a lover of both CRPGs and Pen and Paper DnD, this was a match made in heaven. Larian managed to one-up themselves from their already triumphant Divinity II and make something here that has its place in the annals of video game history.

While the world is not as incredible as Dragon Age: Origins, coming back to Thedas is always wonderful. The story is fun, the companions interesting, the combat varied. This game is a good deal more "open world" than the previous entries, in that there are more (in quantity) open maps, with more things to do on each. Events very much progress along in the story being told in this world, leaving us curious as to what to expect with the upcoming Dreadwolf.
For Completionists, this is an achievable game, though it comfortably will take north of 100 hours, especially if you don't make use of some well placed and planned ahead saves.

Huge ARPG, lots of varied mobs, deep lore. Endgame experience varies depending on the particular season, but there is always plenty of content to experience in this fast paced game. Build variety allows for a lot of combat styles as well.

With a wonderful offbeat sense of humor, zany characters, and fun companions the Outer Worlds is a great offering from Obsidian. The combat is not the most in-depth, but exploring these worlds does evoke a fun sense of exploration and some of their older games.

This game dials up everything from the previous one to 11. Better combat, grander battles, more expansive story, all allow for a more in depth experience. The Stronghold battles that occur after building up your forces and curating the Nemesis situation are enormous and hectic, and expanded abilities let you feel even more powerful in combat. The story does take significantly more liberties with the lore than even the previous game, and the endgame stretch to get to the "true" ending can be a little long, but the game as a whole is still supremely enjoyable.

Though the story isn't the most faithful to Tolkien's lore, it does build up it's own take on the lore in service to the gameplay. The combat, heavily influenced by Assassin's Creed and Arkham is super fun, and taking on throngs of orcs is extremely satisfying. The Nemesis system is a real gem, allowing for incredibly personal storylines with enemy orcs.

A fun classic that still holds up all these years later. The story is engaging and characters along the way are memorable. Combat can get a little hectic sometimes since it is in real time as opposed to turn based. The cities and towns are a joy to explore, and the realization of the Sword Cost is wonderful.
