It only allows better use of OP decks, because in vanilla there are many more unknowns to consider during combat, so spamming effective decks from the frame point of view don't works because it requires a real ability to read your opponent.
They made for spam these OP decks without interruptions, with 10fs, dodge moves, automatic opponent tracking (as soon as you engage the opponent, all the combos that come after will always hit regardless of the actual range of that precise movement).
The creators of this mod are still the same players who have been playing meta gaming since they understood how frames work in the game.
To be competitive in the plus, you have a limited choice of combinations you can use, all the others are there to gather dust, you have to play with interruptions and tap blocks, spamming 1 effective single shot with the faint punish.
It's literally a joke.
