Just some repeating Grind Stuff...always the same bosses, always the same rooms/areas (4 or 5) and only the mobs will get stronger... it is fun for at 20 mins, some of the modifiers make it interesting..but not for long. And if you want the 100% Achievement you have to grind here a lot. If you do not go for the 100%, just ignore this Add-on

Only good think: The fast Travel Option on the Main-Game!

A very nice Story-driven Souls-like.
The "cut the enemy" mechanic to get new parts for your amor or weapon is very nice and you can always see what the enemy is wearing and if you still need it.

I already finished Surge 2 on 100%, currently doing my Surge 1 100% runs, because the Game deserves it.

If you are a souls-like fan this is a good Option on a Sale

give it a DLC for another 2$ and add some more possible builds....

Else it was worth the money!

Wer ein Spiel sucht, in dem es nur um "Builds bauen" geht, ist hier genau richtig!

Im Grunde ist das Spiel ein Auto-Battle-Clon, aber mit einem eigenem Twist:
Die Gegenstände die man in seinen Rucksack legt, ..
..lösen aus und machen einen Effekt/Schaden/Heilung
..synagieren unter einander in verschiedenster Art
..fordern einen Herraus "clever" zu bauen, wegen der verschiedenen Anforderungen an Platz und Nachbar Item.

Als ich es zum ersten mal sah, dachte ich WTF, was soll das denn sein...

Jetzt sind 60 Stunden Spielzeit später (in etwas mehr als einer Woche) und ich warte auf jeden neuen Patch, weil aktuell noch neue Items dazu kommen und neue Möglichkeiten bieten


Aktuell gibt es noch keine Richtige Belohnung oder so, aber der Spass sich auszu probieren ist einfach riesig groß.

Irgendwo in den Kommentaren hatte ich "Binding of Isaac..but with Dragons" gelesen und das trifft es wohl ganz gut.

Man kämpft sich Raum für Raum immer tiefer in das Verließ und sammelt dabei Ausrüstung und levelt seinen Charakter.

Ganz grob gibt es 3 Attribute: Stärke, Geschick und Intelligenz, diese kann man aber nach eigenen Wünschen im Spiel mischen und für jede Kombo gibt es Ausrüstung und Skills.
Wenn das Rogue-like Dropglück mitspielt, kann man mit jeder Skillung das Endgame erreichen.


Aktuell gibt das Spiel seine Version mit 0.2.3 an..und ich habe schon jetzt 80 Stunden gespielt.
Für den aktuellen Preis (20.02.2024) von ~10 Euro macht man als Rogue-Like/Isaac Fan hier nichts falsch!

Es ist im Grunde ein aufgehübschtes Vampire Survivors. Die Waffen sind sehr ähnlich, die "Kombos" sind nahezu gleich. Die Level (eine offene, eine senkrechte, eine horizontale) sind gleich.

Wer Spass bei VS hatte und nach was neuem sucht, der wird hier nen netten Happen finden.

Einzig, dass manche Waffen sich in 2 verschiedene Waffen entwickeln können, ist hier ein unterschied.

Ich bereue den Kauf nicht, es ist aber auch nicht gerade eine spiele Revolution

A Wonderful Souls-like in 2D.

- Fantastic world building
- A lot of Dark Souls references
- Good enemy design (you are nearly always able to read how strong they are and how hard they will be to beat)
- Some interesting build options


If you are experienced with Souls-like games, the difficulty is not so high; I would expect to beat every boss after at least 3–10 tries.



I finished the game 3x times to make it 100%, and it was fun all the time!

If you are interested in a Souls-like game, this is a recommendation!


(Other than "Salt and Sacrifice/Salt and Sanctuary 2", this is a fail and not worth the money)

Wer "Brotato" mag, wird hier auch seine Freude haben. Wenn man es wohlwollend sagen will, ist GoW "inspiriert" von Brotato. Aber an dieser Stelle nicht falsch verstehen, es ist ein richtig gutes Damaku spiel, welches mir sehr viel Spass gemacht hat (~90 Stunden / 100%).
Das Inventar System ist interessant und die vielen Klassen(12 mit jeweils 3 Aspekten) machen Spass immer weiter zu spielen.

Es hat etwas weniger "content" als Brotato, ist mit 5€ aber auch wirklich günstig. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir, wenn man Brotato durch hat und aber noch Lust zu spielen hat

If you like those type of games, "20 minutes till dawn" is a good Option.

I liked the cthulhu-like Optic and the different Chars/Weapon Combos.

Could have more different Bosses!

You get what you asked for: A Dark Souls 3, with Sekiro Fights-mechanics and an Open World.
