its amazing

This game looks amazing but in all fairness my experience was awful with it.
I managed to play online for like 10 mins (which was a lot of fun) and then stopped, went back on and it asked me login in again (which i did) but then it asked me to enter my serial key. After doing so a message appeared saying that the serial key was already in use.
I know that a lot of people who read this will think "ohh another noob who signed in with the wrong account" but in actual fact i have only one Origin account as i only got one when i needed it for Battlefield Bad Company 2.
I tried emailing Origin to which i recieved no reply, and i also posted a discussion on the Steam Help section for Battlefield Bad Company 2 to which i received one reply saying "change the title"
I would really appreciate a new key or just some help to set this straight.

An amazing game to get completely rekt in. u can tie ppls up and bring them to ur layer. we found a sleeping player who we killed and found ouyt that he was the admin, he had everything so me and my friend stole it. we got totaly rekt because ppl wanted our stuff.

amazing but i usually get rage due to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up inna mission

I would like this game if the FPS wasn't ♥♥♥♥. I can run all of the other Saints Row games at ultra 45 FPS but when it comes to this game i get around 25 FPS at low 720P.
I AM DIRECTING THIS REVIEW TO THE MAKERS!!! FIX THIS
