with the updated graphics and improved gameplay, REUNION is definitely the best way to experience CC
still, if you did not enjoy CC on the PSP, this version most likely wont change your mind

after "1 month of playtime", the game never adds anything new to the table and is extremely repetitive. im okay with the timegate system but the story never really developed into anything meaningful. each day is just more pointless conversations and fetch quests. do yourself a favor and try Spiritfarer instead.

100%-ed the game but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ its' a huge RNG fest
had to go through 2 whole seasons just to get a single item. and thats just one of the Personal Goals
pacing and progression were natural in the early game but quickly went downhill

story is basically non-existent after the first year and some upgrades
tool upgrades are mostly pointless since you unlock a lot of them towards the end game, when the bonuses dont even matter anymore

the game had charm but like a lot of negative reviews here mentioned, the grind is real. and its not fun. nobody likes RNG

Game is average. They promised a back-to-the-roots horror game, but nope not the case here
TEW is kinda like an RE4 clone except more polished

Story-wise it's better than the RE series. Nothing crazy good but at least Shinji tried.
I say it'll make a decent movie.
What's interesting is every monster or creature or wtv you wanna call them got backstories. And character development is always a plus.
Now on to the gameplay, I'd say the word adequate sums it up.
Nothing innovative here, nothing new. The matches thingie is pretty cool, I guess.
And If you were expecting a terrifying horror game, you're going to be disappointed.
Yes, the environment and atmosphere get really creepy sometimes, it's great. I loved all the messed up changing rooms, mind♥♥♥♥ locations.
But it's just not scary because of how the game plays. It's action-oriented like the RE series.

For the 66% off price I got, game was okay.
Would have recommended the game but towards the ending, the game had an unbelievable amount of filler segments that add nothing to the storyline. Was begging for the game to end. It was torture.
Last chapter level design was just silly, and dumb.
Really ruined the whole package for me.

Biggest letdown of the game? Cheap deaths. Period
Wayyyyy too many of that ♥♥♥♥.

- Great designs; both monsters and the first half of the game
- Character development / Backstory
- Gameplay

Cons :
- Cheap instant-deaths
- Also the gameplay. I'd say false advertising lol
- Final chapter level design
