Ingredientes:

300gr de farinha fina com fermento
2,5-3dl de água fria
1 colher de café de sal fino
Açúcar e canela q.b.
Óleo para a fritar
Preparação:

1- Aquecer óleo abundante numa frigideira de grande diâmetro (o maior que tivermos);

2- Preparar a mistura de açúcar e canela numa taça;

3- Preparar o saco pasteleiro munido de um bico de estrela larga;

4- Numa tigela, misturar a farinha, o sal e os 2.5dl de água;

5- Mexer bem e rapidamente (se precisar acrescenta-se mais água);

6- Colocar a massa no saco e espremer para o óleo, em espiral, da periferia da frigideira para o centro;

7- Levantar o saco para cortar a massa (se esta não cortar é porque tem pouca água);

8- Fritar rapidamente, virar (pode usar 2 paus do restaurante chinês) quando as farturas estiverem douradas. Escorrer em papel absorvente;
