Actually, just develop your brain. Being older does not mean that your brain works fine.
It is said that on average, human brain cannot develop after 30 y.o. So if you are still young, change your bad habits ASAP, because later on it will be tough and you might live with regrets. You do not have to trust me, I am just a random guy on Internet:D
