COURSEWORK
Geography 575 - Interactive Cartography and Geovisualization
- Created an interactive proportional symbol and choropleth map showcasing Europe's rate of Population change from 2016-2022 using Leaflet’s Javascript API, GeoJSON files, and CSV files.
- Applied D3 API to create an interactive multivariate map of different economic factors within the United States, with corresponding bar graphs that complement the chosen data set for increased data analysis.

Geography 475 - Geospatial Technologies
- Applied LiDAR data in CloudCompare to analyze best locations for construction of a cell tower in a forest changing the display within LiDAR bands to account for tree canopies, terrain, and prior construction.
- Used GNSS/GPS tools to stretch and accurately position points within ArcMAP to create a spatially accurate map of Madison’s campus down to a centimeter of accuracy through base station and rover surveying.

Geography 320 - Geomorphology
- Analyzed clay content in soil and slope angle within Wisconsin’s Driftless region to address what slopes may experience a failure, and where infrastructure may be impacted by mass wasting.
- Followed a 20 mile stretch of the Wisconsin river to analyze sinuosity within the river to predict future erosion paths as well as analyzing how the present channel reacted to increased rainfall in late April of 2023.
