For an idler this game is quick but it does slow down towards the end. Especially if you're not using the right upgrades. The game really wants you to use the right upgrades to win. I struggled a little trying to make a strategy work that just wasn't going to work.

I'd rate this about a 6/10. The upgrades were a bit subdued and big numbers never really happened. I slightly enjoyed my time with the game but I think the gameplay is forgettable. The visuals are not forgettable and I'm impressed with how much the dev was able to do with so ilttle.

Digseum is a fun little game and I did enjoy my time with it. However, I am surprised by how glowing the reviews are 10/10 it is not. No offense to the dev, they did great work. I think it's closer to a 6 maybe 7 though.

I do really enjoy how cute and a little bit weird it is. Big numbers go up, which is always fun as well.

I feel like I upgraded a little too hard and made the game easier which I realize is silly to say for a game that is so easy. But just too overpowered half way through. However, it did make the digging a little boring and not too interesting by the end. Because I was overpowered I expected a bigger jump before the game ended and it never came. Kind of a let down.

Still would absolutely play whatever the developer released next.

I kinda knew what I was getting into here but the theme and unique characters differentiate it from any of the other games of this genre. There's not much to say! I do wish they had a double time mode because committing to around 30 min per run isn't always great for me but that's a me problem. I enjoyed this game and give it about a 7/10.

This game does some cool stuff! If you can get into the religious aspect then you'll enjoy it, the writing is pretty good. However, it's not as weird as I thought it was going to be. There are also a lot of boring parts, which I understand is the point but they are still boring. The puzzles are easy, the platforming isn't great, and some of it is fiddly.

I have mixed feelings here. Indika is interesting and unique which I crave but there are problems. The game seems a little overrated. I still recommend it though.

Besides the hefty price tag that's got everyone talking, The Kaito Files offers a familiar experience. The narrative takes some unexpected turns, maintaining the series' signature blend of absurdity and intrigue. The villain is quintessentially Yakuza-style ridiculous - so over-the-top that you'll simultaneously laugh and shake your head in disbelief. It's fun though!

Lost Judgment, game that somehow manages to be both familiar and fresh. While there's definitely some déjà vu from the previous title - with reused assets that barely get a color swap - the game still delivers an experience that kept me completely hooked.

The story is a wild ride that's way bigger and more unpredictable than I expected. Without spoiling anything, this might be one of the most compelling narratives I've played recently. The characters are so well-developed, I genuinely felt connected to them - something most films can only dream of achieving.

The game's setting bounces between cities, which complicates things a bit. The high school segments are a wide range between fine and fun. The robotics club is challenging, and some mini-games like the motorcycle club can drag. There's something inherently ridiculous about fighting yakuza one moment and dealing with high school drama the next, but that's part of the game's bizarre charm. I will never know who the professor is, far too much to do. This isn't really a game you're meant to 100% though.

Score: 9/10 - A remarkable sequel that stands toe-to-toe with its predecessor. Sincere moments, laugh-out-loud sequences, and a story that's an absolute 10/10 make this a must-play, even if some mechanics feel a bit wonky.

This cosmic horror fishing game really hooked me with its unique blend of mechanics. The core gameplay loop is rock solid from the start – they clearly knew what they were doing there. I particularly enjoyed the fishing aspects, and the cosmic horror hits just right, at least initially.

Here's the thing though: once you figure out you can just speed away from the scary stuff, it kind of deflates the tension. Sure, skipping sleep still makes things weird, but more annoying than frightening. The inventory system seems clever at first, but ended up being more of a minor inconvenience than a real challenge. I just made regular trips to the docks to unload (maybe I was gaming the system a bit there?), and money was never really an issue.

Story-wise, I dug most of it, especially the twist, but the ending left me wanting more. It's a tough one to score – I'm landing on an 8, though I could see myself giving it a 7 on a different day. I'm leaning higher mainly because there's just nothing else quite like it out there.

A solid 7/10 shooter with highs and lows. Gameplay and story balance each other well, with the jetpack sections being a standout feature. While the narrative is engaging, it sometimes lags. Gunplay is mostly satisfying, though some weapons underwhelm. The game shows its age with boring corridors and elevators, likely disguising load times. Despite these flaws, it's an enjoyable experience that fans might rate even higher.

Typecast is a brutal bullet hell typing game but not the usual style. The controls are unique, since you tap keys to shoot instead of typing words. It's complicated by the fact that you must move the blue ball away from enemies with the mouse. 3 hands would be useful here! I love the control you have over the ball and can get into and out of tricky situations. The game is tense.

The enemy variety should be praised here too since the game is constantly throwing new enemies at you to make it more complicated. Although they do appear in roughly the same order every time. You do need the entire keyboard and my split keyboard makes this game extra difficult.

What's great is that It's easy to jump in and play since there are settings to adjust the challenge. What isn't great is how much the game hides. I wish the scoring was explained a bit more. There's a way to play that will maximize score but I'm still trying to figure it out.

I had fun though
