Super cute game but unfortunately very glitchy. Sometimes the main menu screen is stuck overtop the gameplay screen. Or the cursor indicator just completely disappears and you can't get out of your inventory or menus.

Really cute and polished game so far! Haven't had much time with it, but some of the negatives earlier people gave it aren't found here.

- It is in English
- Working your farm / controls seem to be pretty basic and easy to use

The game looks really cute and comforting, feels like a high quality farming sim from the likes of Story of Seasons. Also really enjoyed the character customization, skin tone customization THANK YOU. Pleasantly surprised with the game.

Text in this game can be really small / not a comfortable size to read. Wish there was a Large Font or UI Scaling option.

Otherwise, it's cute. Please update with more visual accessibility options in mind.

I don't have a lot of time on this engine because ADHD is a real problem, but I have a lot to say about it.

I've been toying with RPG Maker and similar engines since the early 2000s. Engines have come and gone, those with potential stop updating or in RPG Maker's case stop innovating.

From the little I've used RPG Architect, I've been really impressed with its feature set. You can tell the dev (Locke) has a history with RPG Maker and other similar engines, and is making RPG Architect to outclass them all. There's a lot of quality of life features, like being able to create your own UIs / menus, easily create custom dialogue panels, easily use custom fonts, customize the battle screens, and even create a 2.5D / 3D game.

But honestly the best part is Locke himself and the community surrounding the engine. He works really hard and listens honestly to feedback, and puts out regular updates (been about once a day since Early Access, that's insane!!). I posted a discussion thread on Steam about UI scaling and he literally added UI scaling into the settings days later.

He cares about his community and wants RPG Architect to thrive and be easy to use for everyone. It really shows, and I can't wait to see how much it improves in just a few more weeks.

Abandoned.

Was a really good tool, if rough around the edges. Has various bugs and unfinished systems. Devs have abandoned it.

It's unfortunate, because the tool is actually pretty easy to understand, especially if you have RPG Maker experience. I hope the devs are in good health, otherwise, and doing well. Just sucks to see something with a lot of potential get left in the dust.

I love farming games and naturally wanted to give this a try.

The game has issues with overlays / clickthroughs. What I mean is that, let's say you have the quest panel open, and you want to click the X to exit out of the quest panel. If you have the coin shop under the panel, or say a tree, a lot of the time the game doesn't respect layer order and clicks the things under the panel / object you're trying to click.

It makes navigating / playing a nightmare when a lot of the interaction is mouse-based. Please fix the layer / clickthrough order issue! I'll update my review when this is fixed.

I think the game is really cute and has potential, I just personally couldn't play it because the in-game text is too small. I hope the devs see this and can implement font-size / UI scaling someday.

I wanted to like it. I love games like this. But the keyboard controls are bad, the controller support is clumsy. You can't delete your characters. And the second character you do try to create, you literally can't choose a class. The class selection is empty when you try to make a second character. I couldn't even figure out how to add my husband as a Friend in the game. The UI is all over the place, too.

This game looks pretty but it seriously needs work. I'll keep it installed and hope it gets steady updates.

Ceville is a fun, quirky adventure game. It's similar to games like Monkey Island and Sam & Max. The voices and goofy antics in this game totally sell it.

I'm just derpy and got stuck at one point. :/
