You should queue with another player so they can tell you what rounds you are on.

When you load into warmup instantly disconnect and get your friend to tell you to connect when the warmup timer hits 12 seconds, this gives
you time to connect to the game in the first round preparation and also allows you to stay out of the Overwatch Pool.

You will need to leave at the end of every 5 rounds and then stay disconnected for the following round, you will then connect again after
the round you have missed during the preparation stage. For example, disconnect at the end of round 5 after getting 4 kills you must disconnect,
stay disconnected for round 6 then connect again at the beginning of round 7. So for example if you do this on round 5 you will then need to do
this on round 10 and then do this on round 15 also.

The reason the bypass works is due to the fact that Overwatch needs 8 rounds played in a row, meaning that you can bypass Overwatch completely just by staying disconnected and breaking the flow.
The only reason why this may get patched is if Overwatch does not reset the counter of rounds when you disconnect.
