First of all, if you are not a train enthusiast DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. You won't get your moneys worth from it, you'll get bored quite quickly.

With that out of the way, this game is the most interactive train sim out there at the moment. You can use your mouse to use the controls inside the locomotive, making the game quite immersive. Not only that, you can get off the engineers seat and walk around the cab and even get off the locomotive to do switching, refueling or just explore the surrounding area.

For the price I'd say that you get lots of content, I got it for about 20 euros, which is really cheap for the 5 (I think) routes that each take about 25-30 hours to complete. And by completing, I mean doing the journeys that the routes have. This journey model really encourages you to play scenarios and services that give you points and level up your profile.

The routes themselves have something to offer to everyone whether you like passenger or freight services, my favourites being Northern Trans-Pennine and CSX Heavy Haul.

Apart from issues such as bad performance, wacky physics and routes being too short, I'd say that it's a good game that's just getting up on it's feet. I'm interested to see what DTG do with it, I'd like to see more US freight routes to take full advantage of the interactivity. Just make sure you can run this game before you buy it

I have now finally made a review for this game, and at the same time i can now delete it from my hard drive. This game used to be really good and I loved it to death. What happened to it in these past years I don't understand.

In the past, around 9 years ago to be exact, I downloaded this game and instantly fell in love with it. After a few years of casual play I joined the 29th Infratry Division for a more hardcore experience. I met a lot of people and was welcomed into a good community and my squad, BP2S2 a.k.a the Musical Devils. The hundreds of weekly drills I've been in were for the most part a lot of fun. My squad leader was one of the best and my squad mates weren't any worse. Everyone was very supportive of each other and many would stick around after the drills to play other games or just hang around and talk about stuff.

Then comes the big update that adds a lot of unneeded stuff such as squads, rally points and the game becomes a clunkier version of Squad. That is when everything broke and that is what was the end for Baker. A lot of people didn't like the direction the game was going and DH lost it's biggest community. I was transferred to Able, which played RO2, but it wasn't the same.

I've had the game in my steam library installed since the day the 29th left DH. I fired it up today and the game was nothing like the old days. That DH magic was gone, and I was thrown into a battlefield with a SL that didn't put rally points and a 2km walk to the front. DH doesn't need SL's, or rally points, it was perfect as it was. A lot of the Combined Arms maps are too big and for some unknown reason all chat is disabled (????), which was one of the best parts of pubbing.

A new community has risen to play the "new" DH and most of them will never experience the real DH, which is a shame. But things went as they went and all that's left is this wannabe Squad copy.

5/5, like PUBG but it's actually playable

If you want a simulation game, prepare to be disappointed in this. As an arcade game, this game kicks ass. Vanilla is OK, i recommend RnRMod 2.0 for the best gameplay. The fact that everything in this game is 1:1 scale and in real time makes this game feel kinda, unique in a way. The customization is pretty good too, plenty of options to style your rig. Driving is a bit wonky and the AI is glitchy but oh well, it's still a pretty good game. Oh and the awkward cutscenes.
Worth 9.99e? I don't think so, get this game in a sale or a bundle

Well, the graphics aren't that great, but that doesnt make the game bad. This game is AMAZING. This game is about the gunplay, and currently has 3 different weapons: Colt M1911, Glock and a revolver. Colt and Glock are kinda the same, except the Glock has a larger magazine, and it can auto-fire. The revolver is alot different than the Colt and the Glock, because it has a cylinder that holds the bullets.(6 bullets) The controls are a bit complicated, but you will get the hang of it. I would recommend this game to people that are tired of Call of Duty, Battlefield, all that kind of games, to people that want something fresh. This is the game for those people. 10/10 The Flying Dildos are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying
