It's a neat and visually appealing game, but as a whole, it leaves a lot to be desired.

The controls need refinement—too often, I found myself stuck while dashing, jumping, or running.

The game has some creative ways to handle invisible walls, such as using rocks, water, or wind, but there are still plenty of moments where you simply hit an arbitrary invisible barrier, like at cliffs or waterfalls.

The spirit world feels excessively large and becomes tedious to explore. Good luck chasing down that greeting achievement.

The puzzle-solving elements show potential but are generally too simple to present a real challenge.

That said, the ambiance and music are quite good, and the story seems to be cohesive enough to follow.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you find it cheap on sale and just want to spend four hours traversing Scotland as a fox (kek), go ahead

Absolutely love this game, even with faults and bugs it felt the Devs had the best intentions in heart, and patches kept improving the game. Still has some problems that need addressing. In particular being published by Sony with a bad server strategy of pushing people towards PSN with no actual need of it for the game to run, and also having community managers that seem to simply despise their player base.

If Sony backs down and you guys get community managers that actually enjoy the community, this thumb is going up.

EDIT (nov24): Still love the game, still keeping the thumb down as the Sony ban of locations is still in effect.

My best friend introduced me to this game. I loved it from the start. Great characters, great writing, great atmosphere, great gameplay.

My friend is gone now, but i cherish the moments we spent together talkig about and playing this game. Highly recommend.

Great story, great music, wonderful visual novel

Been playing this game since launch, never seen a community and dev team so commited, open and happy about a game. Definitely a good game to play alone, with friends or just to do some creative work. It's also way too cheap if you consider all you can do with it. Just buy it, play it, and you won't regret a thing!
