AI is moronic, patches introduce more bugs than fixes (or break the game completely for months, without any reaction from the developers (2017 summer patch was definitely grounds for immediate rollback)), the worst UI ever created, awful art style (subjective).

Districts and policies are quite nice though, but that is pretty much the only positive thing I can say about this train wreck.

Play Civ4 or Civ5 instead.
