TL;DR: Fantastic game, only controller and driving lines are the problem for me.

So after the while I've been playing it, I've got to say that the game itself is great.
There's a lot more cars in PC2 along with new manufacturers such as Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, KTM, Honda/Acura and Nissan. This means you can wizz along the track in the new McLaren P1, Porsche 918 and Ferrari LaFerrari (just like Clarkson, Hammond and May) or you can drift around in your favorite Skyline.

Pros:
+ Great performance = Maxed out with Supersampling on Low on a 980ti @ 1350MHZ I get around 120-144(max) FPS constantly.
+ Great graphics = The current graphics in the game are brilliant. But lighting could be slightly better (ReShade will fix that, surely)
+ Much better career mode = Compared to PC this is miles better.
+ A lot more cars = New manufacturers and new cars giving you a lot more choice.
+ Much better tracks = The new LiveTrack 3.0 is brilliant. The puddles form in the low parts and you'll need to remember where those are.
+ Tires feel like they're there = Unlike PC and a lot of other racing games, the tires feel like they're actually there and made of rubber.
+ Suspension has an effect = The suspension in PC2 is excellent. It feels real and it has a good effect on driving.
+ Great Layout = The layout for this game is also great both in the menu and in the game. It's easy to navigate around the menus and it gives you more than enough information when in game (you can customize it to your liking and adjust what is shown).

Cons:
- Though it does suppost Xbox and custom controllers, it's got some problems = It feels like there's still a deadzone even when you've set it to 0 and even if you put the sensitivity to 100, it still has the problem (it's also the same with Accell/Brake, they jump to 30~ even with the lightest touch). It also feels like there's a delay between your actions and that of the driver (using Xbox ONE and 360 controllers for this, both wireless and wired, both have the problem).
- Problems with controlls not responding (could be controller related) = One example is when breaking into a corner and going to change gear, it will sometimes just ignore you. It's not consistent and not always replicable.
- Problems when reversing = This is something I really don't like and personally think that it needs to be fixed. When you're reversing, you have to wait until the car is at a complete stop before you're able to change it up into Neutral and then First. This is really irritating for me as you lose a lot of time.
- The driver line, though there and nearly only for the corners, isn't good = It frequently doesn't give the correct status (for breaking and what not) and it isn't consistant with many things (such as the status, where it is and when it shows). It also doesn't show all the time, missing some corners completely and being there in a straight line, but it doesn't even show in the same place all the time and may not even show at all or pop in at the last second when you're already too fast for the corner. Another thing is that it isn't based off your breaking ability and speed, it's just "there" and changes colour based on your speed (it's not accurate, is what I'm trying to get at). I would like to see a driver line that's on full time and the one that's currently in (but fixed).
- Multiplayer is slow = It takes you a good long time to be able to do anything on multiplayer. Want to search for lobbies? 1 minute wait. Want to join a lobby? 5 minute wait and you might not get in. You get where I'm going at with this, it's extremely slow. (I am yet to be able to join a multiplayer game, and I have a friend who's only been able to join 2 out of 30)

All in all, it's a great game and is currently the best (imo) which you can get for PC. The only problems I really have with it are the controller problems. If you're using a steering wheel, you should be fine. Why you would want to use a Mouse/Keyboard for a racing game I do not know, which is why the controller support needs to be better.

To Slightly Mad Studios: Fix the problems above and this game will be 10/10.
