crisp visuals, performance is a solid 90 fps even on my mid range pc, and the guns are really fun to use in vr. probably the best $2 ive spent on steam

Can't even start the game, great port...
EDIT: I installed linux and the game studders less, has better fps, and ACTUALLY launches on my pc. Valve fixed elden ring better than FS did. So if you have an issue similar to mine and you REALLY want to play this, try linux.
EDIT 2: Oddly enough, after installing the nvidia drivers that came out with spiderman, this started working on windows for me. And the fps is at least 10 frames higher on average. There seems to be less crashes too but there are still some. It is still far more stable and playable now so I absolutely recommend it.

Compared to halo 4 and 5 this is a step in the right direction, I would not go so far as to say that it's as good as the old halos but there is some fun to be had with this one. Unfortunately if you want to unlock any armor you have to buy their premium battle pass, something I found out after grinding for 1 level and getting only an emblem instead of the armor set and helmet attachment the premium pass gave. It's pretty disappointing that they've turned halo into a free to play with no way to earn armor besides money, but the gameplay is still decent as well as the new weapons and equipment. I would recommend trying it but definitely not giving 343 your money.

Now that all of the halos are on here (4 doesn't count), I should change my review. Alot of the bugs have been patched and 3 has odst weapons now and vice versa, which is something I've always wanted since odst released. There is STILL no option for binding multiple keys to one action, even though the devs knew we wanted that since halo ce was in beta on here. The firefight for odst is much more playable than it's xbox counterpart, which had considerable lag at times. There is even an option for odst firefight matchmaking, which is also something I've wanted since release. The performance is good too, I can easily reach over 60 fps and can run most of them at a solid 144 fps with my GTX 1070/I5 3570k. In terms of graphics my only complaint is that the anti aliasing options aren't very good. Overall this port has been mostly fixed but still seems to have issues that aren't being addressed, it's absolutely playable and worth the money if you've ever been into halo. The online is easily more intense with a keyboard and mouse.

Truly one of the best RPGs i've ever played. I tried Human revolution and couldn't get into it but I got into this one pretty quickly. Gunplay is a bit finicky but you get used to it over time. The augmentations and skills you level up determine your play style, making this game good for multiple playthroughs. I started out with a melee/stealth/pistol build and it works very well for getting through areas with alot of people, robots not as much but thats what emp grenades are for (Not to mention the spy drone augmentation you get later that can also serve as an emp). The story and dialogue kept me interested enough to want to keep going to see what happens and the characters are also fairly likable. I played with the GMDX mod that adds many helpful perks, fixes bugs, and improves the graphics slightly. It doesn't make the game look like a good looking modern game, but it isn't bad to look at either. I highly recommend this game for anyone looking for a good RPG with an interesting story.

Fun game but I can't recommend it, i played for over 50 hours and got a level 290. All I did was click exit to main menu and then it deleted that character. Once I tried to start a new one, it said my game wasn't fully installed when I tried to start it (It obviously was). I had tons of fun with this but such a game breaking bug makes me hesitant to even want to play it again
