If i added you and you have no idea why, then it's most likely to trade with you (probably for a specifical item you got in BP listings or in your inventory) or discuss an offer.
There's also a chance i added you just because you're a very cool person and i really want to keep you in my friendlist. Probably because i played with you recently, idk lol.
