Played this game for 2.2 hours a year ago which amounted to one game session with a friend after work. I didn't like the clunkiness of the movement and aiming, and decided to uninstall it on Aug 18, 2020. In mid-July 2021, I was banned unexpectedly from a game I hadn't touched a little under a year ago. I submitted a support ticket for review, and it took them 20 days to reply saying that they had proof I used a 3rd party software (I didn't) to gain an unfair advantage (I quit for actual poor performance, couldn't adjust to the feel of the game). I don't think I got even one kill in the game in the 2.2 hours I played. They also stated that they wouldn't explain what the evidence was, what they believe was detected, or anything else regarding the matter. This is actually affecting my access to other game servers that regulate non-VAC steam bans. I have a 12 year long clean record and this is tarnishing it, affecting access to non-Hunt games, and there isn't even a sufficient explanation why they banned a fresh account that last played over year ago, last month.
