Most notable improvements

Are that tarmac has been majorly improves compared to the dirt games, together with big improvements to force feedback.

Stages keep the high quality from previous games.
30 km stages are amazing.

Biggest gripe is that is that optikmization could be a lot better. I have a fairly decent computer, but i've had to lower the graphics a lot to get a framerate above 60 fps at 1440p.
That being said the framerate is very stabile, which is a very big + in a game like this.

This game is great to put it mildly and well worth 30 eur if you like skillbased shooters.

The shooting is tight, and the firefights can get very intense. The game requires cooperation, skills and strategy.

The game still has some bugs here and there, and seems a bit unpolished. it has a few balancing issues in the Push game mode. But core gameplay is some of the best i have seen from a shooter in a long time.

The AI on the COOP missions also seem to be acting intelligent, and not act like walking and shoot bullseyes. This means that a good coop session can get just as intense as a good PVP match.

The game has a ranked competetive 5v5 mode that i have yet to try out.
