Streamlining done right! Byzantine levies no longer involve gathering 100 stacks of random levies over the course of months, and instead there are easy to use rallying points! Boats too, are automatic. I married a Bulgarian princess and murdered her kin to win two kingdoms for my dynasty. Damn, is it good to be the king.
