Publisher Sony restrain/limit access to the game for 180 countries.
It will drain the possible number of clients which will lower the number of players.
It is stupid in a corporation perspective. It is more than unfortunate for a coop game.

Dev do not play their game. It has poor perfomance (rtx 3080 on 1080p), a lot of bugs, poor weapon performance and balance making the game frustating with artificial difficulty, very high repetivity of the very few mission available and non existent story/lore that lead you to a boring experience after 1/2 month or so for a so call GaaS style.
Still pretty fun with real mayhem in the first hours of gameplay (which is one of the best i've seen).

Game is blury with AA activated.
Deactivate AA and Supersample resolution fixed it.
Supersample resolution is not implemented so you have to do it through your graphic card driver

Some bad race track limit but over all you just need room of clean drivers to enjoy it
