Early Access Review
RUMBLE is one of the coolest VR games I've ever played but it's almost unplayable after a certain point because of its matchmaking. And not in a toxic way, just the nature of VR and smaller games with smaller playerbases.

Rumble really takes what VR is all about and created a truly skill-based physical combat experience like no other. It feels absurd summoning rocks and flailing them in advantageous ways to best your opponent. It's this weird kind of drug that gets really addicting the more you do it. The UI and overall aesthetic of the game fits perfectly with its theme and the art-style really complements the gameplay, from the tactility to the visual feedback of what's going on, it's just so great.

As for the personally frustrating part of this game: the matchmaking. The playerbase is REALLY small (like < 60 as of writing this), so if you eventually work your way through the ranks and play against the small fraction of the playerbase that's relatively new, you end up in this weird limbo where you can't really compete anymore because everyone you face are seasoned RUMBLE players that are flying around the map slinging rocks from behind you, leaving you blind in all the dust you're covered in lol. The other spectrum of this (since you can control how many ranks above/below you can allow matchmaking against, not that it matters when you're the highest rank), is you being matched against the absolute newbies.

I really want to emphasize that the players in this game are so friendly and helpful and overall just a blast to play against. And it's no one's fault that players who've been practicing and playing this for a long time want to use their sick moves on others in the ring, but it is unfortunate that it can be the rock wall (heh) that stops you from having fair matches and improving your RUMBLE-ing. I'm not even mentioning the fact that you can play against your friends in private matches, which is just as fun and removes the frustration of the matchmaking issues.

So, all-in-all, this game is awesome. It can be frustrating at times, especially in the beginning, but that's no reason to not try. And if you really want to get better and have the time to sink into it, asking your opponents and learning from them is a great strategy. But if you're like me and enjoy a more casual approach to games like these, getting a fair match is an unfavorable gamble.

Get the game and play it. It's honestly what this game really needs - more players.

Okay I've played quite literally less than 20 minutes of this game but THIS is what VR is all about! The tactility of the menus, the crisp mechanics boiled down to 4 simple buttons and movements. Gosh, it's so beautiful. I killed one boss with my friend and we have yet to compare this experience to any other VR title we've seen. Can't wait to play more!

This game is absolutely horrendous. I mean it's actually really fun. But it's horrendous. Let me explain why..

Why's it really fun?
The game is fun because the plot and idea of it is just intriguing. It's a small mini-game style game that really makes you rethink your surroundings. Gameplay is mildly interesting when it comes to tasks - a better way to put it would be 'clever', rather than fun (skill-checks). The game, so far, seems relatively balanced. Of course it may come to the occasional 'wtf' moment but aside from that it's pretty evened out in what Killer's Perks are able to do what and how to counter them etc..

The game surrounds the subject in an enclosed arena style map (procedurally generated) included with 3 other survivors and one killer. The Killer's objective; to sacrifice all the humans to the 'Entity'. The player's objective; escape with all other survivors or on your own by fixing 5 generators or escaping through 'the hatch'. It's a pretty simple idea, but it's filled with so many little mini-games within the mini-games and tactics upon tactics, it's frightening almost. Though, that's one of the many things that I admire about it. Keeps it interesting!

Why's it absolutely horrendous?
Spaghetti. Code.

I know the game was made with UE4, stating either the game was made with blueprints or hardcore C++ (or both). With that in mind - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell. It's stringed together like grandma's 90 y/o hair still trying to impress guys. It's not feasible. It's not clean. It's just not ideal for a game that DEPENDS on not crashing.

For a game that requires you to be in the 'trial' until you die or escape - it sure as hell crashes more often than a blind man driving a car. Which results in what you may ask? Losing everything you've done that round - you get rewarded no 'blood points' (the main currency in the game for leveling up your character), and of course lose all progress towards any 'daily rituals' (daily challenges for players/killers to complete for a hefty sum of blood points).

Now of course, every game has it's ups and downs. And sure, this review could be depicted as some form of hate/anger directed towards the developers; but I can assure you it's not. I love the game, in fact, it's a clever design for something so intricate and complicated. I applause the developers for that, however, something as simple as stability.. that should be a given in a game like this - in all games in fact. It's just a frustrating downfall of such a great game.

I recommend this game only if you're prepared to be disappointed every here and then. (Meaning almost 4/10 matches resulting in crashes) But aside from that, it's definitely fun to play with friends or alone!

Early Access Review
I don't particularly buy Early Access products due to the lack of dedication most teams seem to have, but I was going off a limb here and boy did I come to a satisfying surprise.

This game - especially for it's current state - is quite outstanding, to say the least. The gameplay is a little jittery at times (to be expected), but nonetheless, quality gameplay it is.

I haven't played that much, however, I'm already quite satisfied with the game thus far. The game is based around a rather interesting plot where a race of XsoSOMETHING Aliens appear after a cataclysmic event at the center of the galaxy, leaving a new metal around the universe. You, an adventurer are to go around said galaxy improving your ship to be able to reach the center of the universe. You think it's a straight path after you get ahold of a rather decent ship, but there are so many tiers and aspects of the game that'll pull you off track that reaching the center is only a side topic that people will do after exploring everything else. There are A TON of quests and battles resulting in rather handy loot and materials.

RATINGS:
+Graphics: 7/10
- Aside from it's blocky base, it's a rather beautiful game. The effects are beautiful, as well as the galaxy. The textures and effects of some things such as planets are just spectacular.
- Some things don't have textures (as of now) which somewhat removes a little of that immersion the game provides while participating in trades and talking to other travellers.

+Optimization: 7/10
- The game is pretty well optimized. I've come across quite a few FPS drops hence the 7. I've capped it to 60 considering my monitor, however it tends to cap itself at 30 for some odd reason sometimes. Some settings, such as fog, will run better at higher options rather than a mediary - which I find odd.

+Gameplay: 8/10
- It's fun, intuitive, and customizable. A clean UI, and clean mechanics. It's satisfying and not frustrating to work with.

+Plot: 8/10
- Lot's of games don't tend to stick to their plot or implement it into the game very well, but Avorion does it quite well. I see a lot of races and diologues that fit quite nicely into the whole frame of the plot.

+Replayability: 7/10
- There is often a lot a farming, but it's just one of those games. Aside from that, other aspects such as battles redeem to be quite interesting and unique. There are ways to really have advantages if played strategically and there's an actual challenge at most times. It does kind of have a stare and shoot feeling (which I hope changes) however, for it's current state, it has amazing potential.

Overall this game is a well-rounded piece of entertainment. I enjoy it quite a bit and plan to play much more of it in the foreseeing future. I hope others will enjoy this game as much as I am. A few big updates and it'll be a masterpiece. Also really love that they plan to finish the game in Q3 of 2017!

One of the best developers/early access games out there!

CS:GO Review
Truly an amazing game. Has spectacular replay value and a tad of that rage induced violence that gives it that kick. The game is largely based on the popular gamemode "competitive" which can vary from angry Russians to female extremsists. It's quite the variety!

Though the game has its obvious faults, it does have quite the abundance of positives as well. I feel like the balance is decent enough to prove to be a game worth my time.

10/10 Would AK spray again.

Trying to get into the building already made me want to quit and cry. I think that pretty much sums up my feelings towards this game..

Atmosphere: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ your pants will be the main event.
Gameplay: Limited to what you can do to interact with the world but still gives that goosebumpy feeling.
Lockers: Can't find any, ended up hiding under desk for a day. Worked out.

Garry's Mod is an open sandbox game that allows you do a variety of things you dreamed of doing in games. It's based off the Source/Half-Life engine which enables the game to run at high frame-rates (which is pleasant).

Though the langauge of which all games/mini-games are made within it are 'lua' based, it creates a rather difficult environment to create fully fledged game-modes(in my opinion). So in that regard, the game has its limitations, but for what it has currently, it's allowed the most creative of minds to go ham.

Wonderful game overall, great extensibility, but limited in some aspects.
