The developers (for now at least) seem to have a good idea of what players want from their game. Most characters are easy to pick up but hard to master and up until this point the game has been receiving a steady stream of updates with new content.

A common negative point you might hear is the small number of maps available on rotation which is true but with the introduction of new characters there's the occasional new map which keeps me hopeful.

A nice followup to A Plague Tale: Innocence with similar beats and a couple of new tricks. If you liked the first one, chances are that you'll like this one as well. The story also brings a (mostly) satisfying conclusion to the siblings' ark.

A big negative that detracts from the experience was the poorly optimized graphics which seems to thrash an RTX 3080 on medium settings as well as the occasional artifacting for which the only solution I found was to jump into Photo Mode to clear the GPU buffer.

EA being the small indie company that they are couldn't bother to support Linux and Steam Decks in what is now becoming a trend in large companies trying to peddle weird and unsafe ring 0 anti-cheats (which obviously don't work any better than off-the-shelf ones anyway).

Good game with a not too complicated story. If you like games like Viscera Cleanup you're likely to like this one as well. My only gripes are with the upgrade system that never really help with some tools while making others just too convenient to use anything else and the ending which honestly felt a bit flat. There was no resolution for some of the story beats and in the end nothing was said about the daughter.

A nice origin story for a classic east European character. The story beats kept me interested throughout while the combat complemented what would otherwise be a walking simulator.

My only real issue was with some of the optional encounters such as troll locations that threw a lot of strong enemies at you without ever feeling like you get strong enough to beat them but that just might be a "skill issue" thing.

All in all a good game with nice enough graphics and a good story.

Game is completely unplayable. Running on an RTX 3080 still plays at 15-20 fps on medium settings. Moreover a game that has been released for well over a year should not have a "Beta" tag on the editor and workshop buttons especially since both those features were present in their previous game.

A really fun game with good mechanics, endearing characters that you never actually get to see outside of their during daily Skype calls and a simple yet down to earth story.

I liked the previous installments of the franchise well enough but Like a Dragon really managed to pull me in. The tone is goofy and upbeat and you can't help but get pulled into whatever shenanigans might be coming next. It's childish, weird, obnoxious but that's exactly why it's so great.

I really missed games with a beginning, middle, and an end without "open world" or endless fetch quests. Awesome soundtrack, cool character design and just an all out fun game. I hope they make a sequal.

A really nice game with fun characters, a neatly tied up story and a claymation art style that ties things neatly together. While the battle system is nothing to write home about and by the end of it becomes more of a tedium than anything else the story moves along at a nice enough pace for it to not become a bother.

My only real gripe with the game is having to install Origin for no real reason other than EA wanting to force their own brand down everyone's throats.
