I walk through dungeons for almost an hour each time to die from the first random mob or from a 30-50 lvl player with full equipment.

A multi-million dollar computer game, it does nothing but suck users' money. Nothing works servers destroyed, everything reset not the first time this happens and now on a global scale they have taken skins and statistics. If they don't fix it the game will fly to the garbage.
